Shipping fees are included in the tea club box which sells at $39.9 per month.

Our warehouse is based at Chengdu, Sichuan province, China, and our parcels need to be transported to transit companies along the souther coast of China (such as Guangzhou or Shenzhen) before embarking on international flights. Currently we ship to more than 40 countries worldwide.

In order to ensure accurate shipping data, please double check your shipping information. In order for us to provide the best possible service, please also include your phone number, which is required by many countries for shipping verification. We will only use this information for shipping and will never distribute to any party other than a shipping agent.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times

Please note that all the expected transit times below exclude domestic shipping time within China (2-3 days) and they are only for reference. During the pandemic, it’s hard to predict the actual transit time, and there might be longer delay.

Customs

Please include all necessary information for customs declarations for your country when providing your shipping information.

Some countries do not accept tea packages without exports paperwork. If you need invoice from us, please contact us in advance and we will send you your invoice.

Your tea shipment could be stopped by the customs and sent back to us. We are not responsible for the extra taxes or delays imposed by the destination country when clearing customs.

For EU Customers

Please understand that MyTeaPal LLC does not collect or remit VAT, Taxes, Duties or processing fees. Rather, these charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you have a VAT Number or EORI number please let us know what it is, and we will add this number to your parcel and invoice so that your Customs Agency will have an easier time locating you for the payment of VAT and fees.

Tracking

Due to the large volume of packages and our limited staff, we won’t be able to send a tracking number whenever it becomes available. If you’d like to follow your packages, you can contact us and we will share your tracking number with you.

Once you have received a tracking number, we recommend using https://www.17track.net/ to track your package. Sometimes it will take more than a week for the tracking information to be updated.

Please note that if the package has not arrived in your country yet, there may be additional information in the Chinese section below on the website, which can be translated using Google Translate.
